I ordered my usual size, and at first I thought these shoes seemed nice enough, but the fit was confusing. The toe area felt way too tight, while the heel was loose, so they just didn’t feel right at all. I could only keep them on for a few minutes before giving up. Maybe they work for someone with a different foot shape, but for me it was disappointing, especially since I needed them for an event.

The shoes themselves are really and I do like them, but then the customs fee showed up like some little “gotcha tax gremlin” after I ordered internationally. Maybe I missed it, but it definitely wasn’t clear enough to me before checkout. By the end, they cost more than I expected, which was annoying. I just wish the extra charges were shown more clearly upfront so I wasn’t getting ambushed by the checkout clown squad later

The shoes fit well and are comfortable enough, so I don’t totally regret buying them. But the color was noticeably lighter in the photos online, which was kind of annoying when they showed up. They’re decent overall, just not exactly what I thought I was getting.

I emailed support about my issue and waited for a reply, but nothing ever came through. I even checked spam just in case. Annoying when you just need a simple answer and get silence instead. So yeah.

I bought a gift card for my sister thinking it would be an easy little present, but it ended up being way more stressful than I expected. i felt kind of embarrassed because I’d told her it was ready to use, and then the code wouldn’t even work at checkout.
